Return & Refund Policy

We take care in preparing every Inafi order and want you to have a smooth experience with us.

Because Inafi is a food product, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a problem related to fulfillment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos of the item and packaging, if needed

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on opened products due to personal taste preference.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
