Canada and U.S. orders

We currently accept orders shipping to addresses in Canada and the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier service, weather, customs processing, and seasonal shipping volume.

For U.S. orders, customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination and current regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email hello@inaficoffee.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and any helpful photos.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Inafi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If needed, we are happy to help point you in the right direction.
